THE LGE TRAINING PRIZE PROMOTION ("SWEEPSTAKES") IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WHO ARE VERIFIED EMPLOYEES OF A PARTICIPATING, AUTHORIZED LG DEALER AT TIME OF ENTRY AND AT TIME OF WINNER SELECTION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of LG Electronics USA, Inc. ("Sponsor"), PowerPact, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and web site providers/web masters are NOT eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

PLEASE NOTE: It is an employee's sole responsibility to review and understand his/her company's policies regarding participation in promotions such as this. Prizes are subject to such company policies. If, for whatever reason, any potential winner is unable to accept due to company policies or for any other reason, prize may be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winners must be in good standing and employed at a participating authorized LG dealer location at time prize is to be provided.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes starts 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes will be divided into three (3) monthly entry periods, which shall begin at 12:01 a.m. ET on the first day of the applicable calendar month and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that calendar month (each, a "Monthly Entry Period"). There will be a drawing for all entries received during each Monthly Entry Period (each, a "Monthly Drawing") and a Grand Prize drawing for all entries received for the entire Sweepstakes Period (the "Grand Prize Drawing").

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://www.lgetraining.com and follow the directions provided to register, including the address of the verified authorized LG dealer where you are employed. Following the completion and submission of your registration, you will be directed to a webpage containing links to various unique quizzes. To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, follow the directions to complete training by selecting and watching a video OR reading a spec sheet; then, complete the corresponding quiz. You need not answer all questions on any quiz correctly in order to receive an entry. The number of quizzes available during each Monthly Entry Period will vary; however, you will be able to take training and quizzes that were posted in previous Monthly Entry Periods. You may take each quiz posted once (1) during each Monthly Entry Period (provided such quiz is available). For each unique quiz completed during each Monthly Entry Period, you will only receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing and one (1) entry into the Monthly Drawing for the applicable Monthly Entry Period in which you took that quiz. If you already took a quiz during one Monthly Entry Period, you may not receive another entry for that same quiz during the same Monthly Entry Period; however, you will be permitted to take that quiz again to receive an entry during subsequent Monthly Entry Periods. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the applicable Monthly Entry Period to be eligible for that Monthly Drawing and by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2010 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address per unique quiz completed during each Monthly Entry Period. Subsequent entries received from any person or e-mail address for any quiz during any Monthly Entry Period after the first entry is received by that person or e-mail address for the applicable quiz in that Monthly Entry Period will be void.

DRAWINGS: Three (3) potential Monthly Prize winners will be selected on or about the third Monday following the end of the applicable Monthly Entry Period from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Drawing. Two (2) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 15, 2010 from among all eligible entries received for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Non-winning entries from one Monthly Drawing will not carry over into any other Monthly Drawing; however, all entries will be included in the Grand Prize drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone and/or e-mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release and an I.R.S. Form W9 within ten (10) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. If any winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

PRIZES: Grand Prizes (2) : A 55 inch LG flat panel television, an LG Blu-ray Home Theater System and an LG Blu-ray Disc Player (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,329.85 each). Monthly Prizes (9) (3 per Monthly Drawing) : A 42 inch LG flat screen television (ARV: $1,599.99 each). Total ARV for each pool of Monthly Prizes: $4,799.97. Total ARV of Grand Prizes: $6,659.70. Winners are responsible for the cost of installation. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor except for standard manufacturer's warranty, as applicable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded, including installation. By accepting a prize, winners agree to provide Sponsor with necessary information to complete necessary I.R.S. Form W9 or other tax forms. If a winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) Monthly Prize and one (1) Grand Prize per person. Eligible entrants may participate in future LGE Training Prize Promotions such as this one, regardless of whether they win a prize in this Sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, garbled or damaged entries, registrations or quizzes; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, quizzes or registrations, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, unable to run as planned for any reason, including if it is compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to void suspect entries and/or suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, nonsuspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, PowerPact, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, retailers, distributors, and web site providers/web masters, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
